LEAP East 2025 ~ "Nurses: The Power of One, The Power of All"

October 17, 2025 | Red Lion Hotel | Pocatello, ID

Join us for the LEAP East Conference, a one-day event focused on advancing leadership, innovation, and excellence in nursing. Co-hosted by ANA Idaho and Nurse Leaders of Idaho (NLI), LEAP brings together nurse leaders, educators, administrators, and frontline professionals from across the region to engage in meaningful dialogue and professional development.

  Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Dr. Bob Dent

Dr. Bob Dent is a nationally recognized nurse executive, speaker, and leadership expert with over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience. He is the CEO and Founder of Dr. Bob Dent, LLC, where he equips healthcare leaders to build cultures of ownership, resilience, and well-being. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, and Past President and Fellow of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, Dr. Dent is also the co-author of five leadership books. He brings real-world executive insight and a powerful personal journey of mental health recovery to inspire courageous leadership and meaningful change.
