LEAP West 2025 ~ "Nurses: The Power of One, The Power of All"

November 14, 2025 | Riverside Hotel | Boise, ID

Join us for the LEAP West Conference, a one-day event focused on advancing leadership, innovation, and excellence in nursing. Co-hosted by ANA Idaho and Nurse Leaders of Idaho (NLI), LEAP brings together nurse leaders, educators, administrators, and frontline professionals from across the region to engage in meaningful dialogue and professional development.

  Meet Our Keynote Speaker: Dr. Bob Dent

Dr. Bob Dent is a nationally recognized nurse executive, speaker, and leadership expert with over 35 years of healthcare leadership experience. He is the CEO and Founder of Dr. Bob Dent, LLC, where he equips healthcare leaders to build cultures of ownership, resilience, and well-being. A Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, Fellow of the American Academy of Nursing, and Past President and Fellow of the American Organization for Nursing Leadership, Dr. Dent is also the co-author of five leadership books. He brings real-world executive insight and a powerful personal journey of mental health recovery to inspire courageous leadership and meaningful change.

Hotel Accommodations

A discounted room rate of $167 plus tax is available for LEAP West attendees at the Riverside Hotel in Boise. To receive the special rate, please call the hotel directly at 208-343-1871 and ask for the “LEAP West Nursing Conference” group rate. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 24, 2025, to guarantee availability.
